COMPACT Installs New Laminating Machine

COMPACT seeks to meet demand for sealant films in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and Europe.

Dammam-based composite film packaging manufacturer, Napco Composite Packaging Technology Ltd. (COMPACT), has commissioned a highly-advanced machine to produce superior quality lamination films for the food, beverage, personal, home care, health care and industrial sectors.

The polyethylene (PE) laminating machine operates with a maximum speed of 450 m/min, a maximum web width of 1350/1530 mm and a maximum reel diameter of 1000 mm.

The new machine is capable of carrying out multiple jobs with the highest levels of reliability. This investment will speed up response to valued customers and increase production flexibility.

Nasser Haddad, COMPACT Plant Manager, explains,
