The global pizza chain company, Papa John’s, conducted its annual supplier audit and confirmed Easternpak’s commitment to its quality standards.

As part of Papa John’s Packaging Audit Program, Easternpak underwent and passed a secondary audit end of Q1 2011. Easternpak supplies corrugated pizza boxes to Papa John's restaurants in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, KSA, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE. The audit took place at the Easternpak plant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The corrugated packaging manufacturer scored 879 of 945 points (93.02 %) demonstrating improvement in audit scores over its initial audit.

Ganesh Shankar, Senior Management Systems Analyst, states,

“Once again, audit results prove the international acceptance level of INDEVCO Paper Containers’ management systems (QMS, FSH, OHS …), which are implemented in its affiliates, with Easternpak being the leader in fully adopting them.”

In line with Papa John’s high quality standards, all suppliers undergo annual audits using a standard score card system which evaluates supplier system and premises.[1]

Papa John’s chain of restaurants is one of many multinational companies that audit and certify Easternpak and other INDEVCO Paper Containers’ affiliate operations (such as YUM, Dominos, Kraft, Cadbury …).

Easternpak produces other corrugated catering disposable products, such as: corrugated double decker pizza boxes, corrugated meal delivery boxes, and corrugated cup holders.
