About Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification

HACCP management system requires suppliers in the food sector to identify and analyze potential hazards, as well as put forth key actions to reduce or eliminate risk and ensure that food products are safe for consumption.

The system analyzes chemical, biological, and physical hazards at all stages, from raw material production through to packaging, distribution and consumption of food products.[1]
