INDEVCO's corrugated packaging division congratulates winner in Pizza Box Design competition.

INDEVCO Paper Containers’ launched a Pizza Box Design Competition in April 2012 for all employees in Egypt, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia. The competition fostered creativity and innovation, with 36 participants submitting niche to mass target pizza box designs.

Mariella Jaeger, INDEVCO Paper Container Marketing Manager, states,

“For us it was a real pleasure to discover such hidden talents from all our affiliates, as well as from various departments. The level of participation demonstrated high success and we will definitely follow in such initiatives to continuously empower our team, motivate, and encourage creativity.”

Pizza Box Design Winner

Maram Al. Obaid, Designer at Easternpak in Dammam, Saudi , designed the winning corrugated pizza box and will receive an IPad 2, 16 GB, 3G.  Jurists evaluated the entries on design (40%), marketing (25%), and technical (35%) criteria.

INDEVCO Paper Containers division will market and release the winning design in United Kingdom (UK) and France, as well as feature the design in ‘InBox’, the corrugated packaging division’s corporate magazine.
